Well, firstly, you want to stack your windows, so that their in the same tab, runescape being one of them ofcourse, and i recommend youtube or cracked for this. once their stacked right click said window the tab they were put in and go to display side by side, and your screen should look a little somthing like this



This allows you to successfully watch youtube, or browse the web while not missing a single second of your leveling.

Afking can get you killed

I believe the official stance by Jagex on Afk training is: so long as you're not truly "afk"..it's just risky. If you actually leave your computer, you're breaking the rules. So I say, go ahead, read that book. But I won't cover your lost item insurance premiums
