new quest most definitely...It may be related to new skill...but I doubt it very much.
I also saw something strange at the Grand Exchange... Zaff(The Staff Seller) was teleporting around the Grand Exchange! When he teleported, he had three rings around him. This resembled the curse spell.

Could that have anything to do with that quest where you have to chase Surok around? I did it a loooonggg time ago, but I don't remember him being near the GE......
Remember when that new slayer master was teleporting monsters around?

How do ppl that have done wgs kill bork I wonder? More importantly, why do the white knights keep releasing him so he can summon Bork
Anyway.... This was a teaser for the new skill, but I've never seen the hype started so early for something. Estimates are that it'll come before the middle of the year (June 30). Fact or fiction....?
