Reorganisation Week

We are having 3GE's first reorganisation week. We will be slowing down the clan for about 8 days so that we can focus on a few things. Many members and leaders will be relieved of in-game duties so that we can do some work on this offsite.

Our clan is going great, we always have more and more people joining. We have a busy cc and good events.. there is nothing really wrong, but we don't have a destination. We think that we need goals to set for ourselves and then need to plan how we are going to achieve those goals. We as leaders will be discussing and deliberating to find clear realistic goals for our clan and then will make a action plan on how to reach the goals. That is the reason we are calling for an 8 day slow down of the clan.

This reorganisation will take place from May 16 to May 24th. During these 8 days we will only have 2 events. One on Tuesday May 18th and the other on Firday May 21st. For these events leaders will be online to lead. Our clan will run normally for these 8 days.. the cc will still be open to chat in, you can still organize and hold mini events. The only difference is that you may see leaders online a little less and we are taking out about 3 events for the week.

If someone wishes to take a break from RuneScape, this is your chance. You can have 8 days to go outside and play basketball or read a book.. whatever you want to do. This is the chance for some rest time away from the computer. Although, if someone wishes to be online and continue with their daily activites in RuneScape then they are free to do that as well.


All jobs given to people such as inviting or bumping can be lessened for this week. If you do not feel like doing the job you are responcible for, you do not have to.. if you choose to continue that is also up to you.

Our clan is not going to fail during this time. Leaders are still going to be online and people will still be in the chat. All functions of this clan will continue as they have. The only difference between these 8 days and any other weeks is that there will be 3 less events and we as leaders will be planning and organising this clan's future

I totally agree, Bad and I are working on f2p and a brand new p2p schedule.(I don't know if anyone else is helping..... =o)

Why not officially join us

We don't have alot of event that are from that shop in al-kharid. You know, voting hats, racing, ect. the magic dice or whatever we should really use those.

Those are a lot of fun, using those things ^^

They also improve our sense of community. And events that involve taking orders and doing them with speed and efficency are good for wars.

i say we have a warlord challenge..
split the clan in 2 team 2 have the same avg level and let poeple fight that way =P

I don't think splitting the clan in two would be such a great idea...
We used to have nice pulls to wars like in the 30's but not so much recently, if the clan were split in two the pulls would be far less and people might not be happy with the team they're assigned to

We could probably just have people take turns at say 141 cw? Get the same group to war us twice

Lol, we should play some D&D with those dice...playing a game within a game about a game......

I think this is a good choice. A clan can only go so far on steam. It needs organization and that is great. I hope this works out well, this was a good idea.

I have a couple things to add. Here's an idea=grouphidr and seek. We would take turns spliting into groups, and one group would hide in a room, for example, the lumbrigde castle basment. The other group would proceed to search runescape for them. And whoever finds them could win a ooze. Next: Important people like zarifff, badmarine, illpkforever, sir fatehill and others would be captains. They would pick players into they're own clan one at a time. Then there would be clan wars. Things like this could be lots of fun. Also, currently Generals and captains ore basically on the decision commitee, nothing more. We could change that so in event they have more control of lower ranks. There's lots of fun things to do, and I'm willing to help with anything. Thanks for everything guys, this clan is great.

We already have hide and seeks and sometimes we had scavenger hunts (now that Ak is back, we cud prolly do em on vote days). And we have interclan wars scheduled on a certain day. We r gonna update our event lists as soon as possible.

cant wait till you guys tell me what you changed for the better new editons are cool but its not change

We got a whole new event system worked out which should prevent people from forgetting what week it is. Also some new events up there. War strats are being worked on too. FYI
