3ge's downfall

now we all know that 3ge is the best ftp clan in the war department but.....

In how mature are clan is it is one of the worse i have been in and i have been in alot of clans

Every day i here random spam and L2 spam wars....


There is not much respect in this clan for people asking to stop


I have been a abuser to in some cases and i am working on it but i know these other people that i shall not name well not change for a 1 bar rank in the clan

I know im not the only 1 that hates the spam and the annoying immature people that keep people from staying in the clan

I totally agree, and this is definetly me too. I seem to be an (excuse my language) asshole to people which i'm trying to change, I realized that all the clan does is fight and people wonder why everyone quits for Murks clan and stuff. So yeah I definetly feel this needs to stop, especially with Hasty.

So yeah, i'm trying to be nicer as of earlier today, I told the clan I was going to start being nicer to people and not being an asshole to everyone and anyone.

Yeah, definetly waka. So many people (including me) get like 6 warnings and still aren't kicked which just basically shows people they can do whatever they want with no consequences.. which is why the clanchat is always so messed up for the most part.

I personally have a lenient policy on kickings since there is no way to vary the length of time. I view my job as HR, trying to sort the good apples form the bad apples and as such, I hate making a decision that could be so permanent. (some people quit after a few kicks...)

Being lenient does allow some people to stay that shouldn't, but I do thank ya'll for bringing this up.

I think we could all as leaders just pay attention more and just do a simple one warning and kick. If the person who has been warned previously for something does it again.. he/she should be kicked. Do you guys think a policy like this should be used in such matters?

Each situation is different, and applying the same one-size-fits-all kick is either an over-reaction or not enough. Like it or not, everyone has a soft spot when it comes to kicking (or whom they're kicking)(I am very much guilty of this).

If it can be done in a way that isn't done simply for doing, then I'd say do it.

it kind of matters the person as leaders you guys should do better job reading ppl on how well a kick will affect them

also is it fair to have ppl that cant handle being kick being able to get away with more?

Well Idk about others, but when I am online and actually playing, I try my best to sort stuff out. I know it might seem that I'm a bit harsh, but that's just the way I am! And yea, I kicked someone the other day because he continuously kept disrespecting me. "Your'e not fit for this clan!"

i think more leaders should kick after 1-2 warnings

and if the next day they do the same thing they shouldnt even get a warrning
