Hey, Everybody!

The recruitment team is doing a great job at the moment. We have gotten a member-boom in this past month of January. But now, we are entering February. You know what that means? ...Well, yes it is Black History Month, but its also Runescape Clan Month! We need to be on the ball with recruiting especially during this time. We are the biggest F2P clan on the RS Forums and we'd like to keep it that way. So, I need everyone to send out a couple extra invites. Don't worry about posting an invite on a page that your fellow member has already posted. We got to show people how huge this clan is! Its up to all of you to help this clan get to its peak.

When I post invitations on forums, I always try to follow the rules and advices set on the first page.
I'm assigned to task 2, but I have been focusing more on task 1, checking every time whether a player LFC is currently P2P or not.
But it seems like no one really cares bout those rules...even MOTO affraid

Well it sure is convenient for all of us recruiters to post invitations on every LFC threads regardless of P2P/F2P status of the player.
I just wonder if leaders don't mind any recruitment team member doing so... Question

Well, generally I think we should target f2p's. This doesn't mean members can't enjoy the style of clan we have, but they probably won't stay.

It's a gamble, recruiting p2ps. Then again, it doesn't hurt to have our name out there. We do need to be aggressive on all fronts, making sure people know about us should they ever decide to go f2p.

But you're right lux. We should concentrate on f2p's, and poc's.

I dont care where you post your invites. We have alot of p2p members so you can even post in those. Though..ALWAYS check off the POC'S or those looking strictly for POC'S and f2p's looking for clan

And yea i do post on alot of p2p aswell because alot of the time i don't take the time to read their life storey on the posts :p

I mostly only check the "subject"..if they say they are 85+/looking for a clan...and don't say anything about ..."looking for gwd clan...pc..etc." i send them a invite.

Im more concerned about the quantity of the invites sent. And i can send alot more if i don't spend all my time reading Razz
