hey guys i got a question whats the highes cb lv f2p monster is it a rev?

It's probably a rev. Highest non rev monster is a hellhound. Highest monster that actually drops more than bones would be a greater demon.

Strongest Monster in f2p = Revenant Knight lvl. 126 Strong Monster that isnt a rev = Hellhound lvl 122 in old bounty hunter volcano (best xp for hp skill but no drops at all)
