that bar thingy on friend list and clan chat

okay, i didnt really take time to look into it, but why did they add that? seriously, its annoying to have to move it so i can see everything every time i log in. but maybe its got something i missed that makes it good ;P fill me in

They said it's to help later on when they have name changing. I really am not sure how this ties in...but they must have a plan I hope.
